Lifecycle / Retirement Date for Gemini 3 Flash Preview on Vertex AI

Hello,

We are currently using Gemini 3 Flash Preview via Vertex AI in a client-facing project, and we need to confirm the model’s support lifecycle before proceeding further with our implementation.

We have checked the following pages for this information, but could not find a clear end-of-support or retirement date for this specific preview model:

Could you please provide clarification on the following:

  1. Retirement/deprecation date — Does Gemini 3 Flash Preview have a fixed end-of-support date, or is it available “until further notice”?
  2. Migration path — When this preview model is eventually deprecated, will there be a GA (stable) equivalent with the same model ID/behavior, or will we need to migrate to a different model?
  3. Advance notice — How much advance notice does Google typically provide before retiring a Preview-tier model on Vertex AI?
  4. Documentation reference — Is there an official page listing the lifecycle/support timeline for Vertex AI Preview models that we may have missed?

This information is critical for our production planning, as we need to avoid unexpected service disruption for our client. We would appreciate a direct answer or a link to the relevant documentation.

Thank.
