# License & Auth Error (#3501 / 403 Forbidden) on Specific Personal Google Account

_User Account: `[frenzymer ****]@gmail.com`_

_App Version: Antigravity v2.0 (Latest Release)_

_OS Environment: Windows 10 Pro_

_Issue Summary:_

_My primary Google account is receiving a license validation error (#3501) and HTTP 403 Forbidden status when attempting to access the chat/workspace, despite working properly until recently._

_Exact Error Output:_

_`Error: You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501) (Error ID: cfca9555-40a4-4484-bfed-509faaf0899b-1-1001)`_

_Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed:_

1. _Cleared local app data and session caches (`%appdata%`)._

2. _Re-authenticated after clean log-out._

3. _Verified that another personal `@gmail.com` account logs in and functions completely fine on the exact same local installation and environment._

_Request:_

_Since the issue is isolated to this specific account while client-side cache and environment factors have been ruled out, please check the server-side account eligibility, allowlist status, or OAuth scopes associated with this account. Thank you._
