License & Auth Error (#3501 / 403 Forbidden) on Specific Personal Google Account

User Account: [frenzymer****]@gmail.com

App Version: Antigravity v2.0 (Latest Release)

OS Environment: Windows 10 Pro

Issue Summary:

My primary Google account is receiving a license validation error (#3501) and HTTP 403 Forbidden status when attempting to access the chat/workspace, despite working properly until recently.

Exact Error Output:

Error: You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501) (Error ID: cfca9555-40a4-4484-bfed-509faaf0899b-1-1001)

Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed:

  1. Cleared local app data and session caches (%appdata%).

  2. Re-authenticated after clean log-out.

  3. Verified that another personal @gmail.com account logs in and functions completely fine on the exact same local installation and environment.

Request:

Since the issue is isolated to this specific account while client-side cache and environment factors have been ruled out, please check the server-side account eligibility, allowlist status, or OAuth scopes associated with this account. Thank you.

Hi @Merhaba_Frenzy,

Welcome to the Forum.

Please try the following steps for your affected account:

  1. Check Per-Account Region & Age Verification (Official FAQ):

    • Antigravity evaluates eligibility based on the registered country and age verification on each individual Google Account profile (not just your IP address), and throws the misleading #3501 license error when an account profile check fails.
    • While signed in to your affected @gmail.com account, check your Google Terms of Service page to confirm the associated country matches your working account and is in our supported regions.
    • Confirm that age verification (18+) is completed on the affected account at Google Account Age Verification.
  2. Revoke OAuth Grants & Clear .gemini Tokens:

    • In Antigravity 2.0, open Settings (bottom-left corner) and click Account > Sign Out (or if using Antigravity IDE, press Ctrl+Shift+P and run Antigravity: Reset Onboarding), then close the app completely.
    • Clearing %appdata% alone leaves OAuth tokens stored in your user profile directory—delete C:\Users\<Username>\.gemini and %LOCALAPPDATA%\Antigravity.
    • While signed in to the affected account, go to Google Account Connections and click Remove Access for Google Antigravity / Google Cloud Code, then relaunch the app and sign back in selecting your personal @gmail.com account.
  3. Run a Manual .exe Installation of v2.17.0:

    • If your app updated via the in-app auto-updater, download and run the latest Antigravity 2.0 (v2.17.0) .exe installer manually from antigravity.google/download, then sign in again—several users hitting #3501 after recent updates confirmed a manual install resolved the issue.

If the error still persists after these steps, please reply with the country listed on your affected account’s Terms of Service page and whether that account has an active Google AI Pro/Ultra subscription.
