the solution is to open the prompt with Ctrl+Shift+P and paste “>Reset post-onboarding settings“ then either Ctrl+Shift+P and paste “>Reload Window” or re-open the editor.
fixed in 1.21.6 looks like it lol
I’m having the same issue today. Theme changes with left/right arrows. This only started for me yesterday, and it was not immediately following an update - I think my last update with 2-3 days ago.
