Lack of collaboration option between teams

Feedback: I have been using AI studio as a solo dev since its launch and personally I prefer it so there is a project we are working on with my team. Now the problem is Its difficult for me to add them as editors on the platform via the share feature they are only viewers so every time they need to add a new feature it prompts them to remix instead of just in synch collaboration, I already added them on the project group on GitHub so that sorted things out and also via IAM console, so can the google team make it more simple for users who already have access to to either operate as user or editor (add a toggle button to make the role selection simple, either editor or viewer).
