I am experiencing a major inconsistency with my model quotas and need clarification on how the new AI Credit system works.
1. Model Quota & Reset Bugs
Gemini 3: The model has been completely missing from my picker for 2 days.
Claude Opus: My dashboard showed a 5-hour reset window. However, after just one use, the timer jumped to a 5-day lockout.
Is this a known UI sync bug or a change in the subscription terms?
Many of us are paying for Pro/Ultra specifically for these refresh cycles, and a 5-day wait makes the service unusable for professional work.
2. AI Credit Token Mechanics
I also need a clear explanation of the “AI Credits” toggle:
Token Value: What is the specific “exchange rate” for a credit?
Usage: If I have 200 credits, does that equate to 200 responses, or is it based on the length of the prompt/output (tokens)?
Toggle Behavior: If I turn the toggle ON, does it prioritize credits over my standard daily quota, or do credits only kick in once the daily limit is hit?
Seeking an official response or a fix for the multi-day lockout bug.
