IA Studio vs Cloud Google vs Google One API usage and Rate Limits

This is crazy! I’ve been using Gemini CLI for free for a week, everything was fine, until my quota for this “plan” ran out. I thought the best thing to do was add some money to the API through https://aistudio.google.com/. The money was added, and it’s pending use. I’m still having problems, it keeps saying my quota is full, and now it’s telling me I have to wait 5 days! There’s a lot of confusion between the Gemini APIs, AI Studio, and the Cloud service, and who knows what else. My question is, how can I use the money that’s in AI Studio? Aren’t you supposed to use it until it runs out? I haven’t been able to see where my “full” quota is on the web. I’ve checked all the websites and they all show 0 usage, 100% free quota. Where can I see my API usage? I downloaded Antigravity IDE and there’s an indicator there. But can that be seen on the web? How did that money get used up? Why not use the available funds to keep operating? I don’t understand how they can complicate something that should be simple. To make matters worse, there’s One Google, which apparently has something to do with Antigravity, but they don’t have plans to use APIs, only monthly or annual subscriptions. I simply don’t understand anything.
