I want to get my money back! (Antigravity IDE, Subscription)

Reason:

  • The IDE is full of bugs that nobody fixes;
  • New bugs are not being fixed either;
  • Every update brings new bugs;
  • Every update breaks something that was working just a moment ago;
  • Quotas are so small that they make the IDE useless;
  • Quota recovery time is so long and unpredictable that it makes the IDE unusable (I have to wait for recovery more than 50% of the time);
  • Models such as “Gemini Flash” and “Gemini Pro Low” are useless for real work. The situation with “Gemini Pro High” is slightly better, but it is often blocked or unreachable.
  • A complete lack of transparency about quota limits (scam on users);
  • A complete lack of transparency about the blocking policy when quotas are exhausted (scam on users).

Thank you for the new new level of pain!

I have a “Microsoft Copilot” subscription, and at least, their IDE and subscription actually work and their quota policies are transparent. I will likely stay with them.

It would be good if someone at Google gives us a clear instruction on how to request money back for services not delivering as promised. Not easy to find anyting in the “Help”
