I purchased the Ultra Plan, but my monthly AI Credits haven't been allocated yet

I’m on the Ultra plan. Even with my Pro plan subscription, I was getting AI Credits monthly. However, with my Ultra plan, when my rate limit was reached, I thought I’d use my AI Credits, but suddenly found I had 0 credits. Is this normal, or is it a mistake?

Could you please check?

Hello @design.

Before checking for a backend issue, can you verify your “Overages” setting? If set to “Always,” your allocated AI Credits will automatically be consumed the moment you reach your baseline rate limit, causing them to drain unexpectedly.

If this is not the case, this is likely due to a known backend quota desync.

  • Can you update your Antigravity client to the latest release, version 2.1.4, and restart it? This release ensures the “G1 credit bug fix” is applied and provides a redesigned Quota screen under Settings > Models to track your “used” versus “remaining” credits.

If you still face this issue, let us know.

I am utilizing the latest version and, as depicted in the accompanying image, my account remains entirely devoid of any activity; indeed, none has ever been provisioned.

Should you have the necessary access, you may readily verify that I have not yet expended any credits by auditing the system logs associated with my email address.

I kindly request your review of this matter, as I remain in anticipation of your response. Regrettably, my monthly credit allotment has not yet been provisioned—a circumstance that is rather disappointing. Nonetheless, I maintain utmost faith in your ability to resolve this issue.

Why does such apathy prevail? Does the attentiveness of support and marketing persist only until the subscription is secured?

There’s no mistake; as previously stated, the credits will no longer be renewed, and their expiration date was June 18th. Therefore, they were all reset today. The expiration date was displayed on the credit activity page, and I used them all up based on that.

I was surpized by that, i was starting to ay the ultr aplan, i deciced to day to cancel my subscription, gemini is garbage for coding, really. i do prefer to pay several providers with thta money

I switched to WindSurf months ago. Son still using AntiGravity. With WindSurf I have had no credit issues and the amount of coding AI to choose from some with free usage. I am gald I made the move.
Being able to code with no real issues and never paranoid credit will run out at 90% of completing something.

I am thinking about cursor or windsurf, which one would you recommend?

I went with WindSurf as I felt it was closer to AntiGravity in the way you used it. But everything has changed so much over a couple of months.
WindSurf has a free plan, so you can test it, not sure if Cursor does.
