When I click insert image and upload the image, I can see that it is uploaded and the number of tokens. But when I send the request I get internal error.
This has been happening for many months.

Is this happening with all models, or a specific model (e.g., Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 3.5 Flash)?
Is this happening with all images, or just a specific image or file type (e.g., JPEG, PNG)?

This happens with all models.
This happens with any attachment, including any image.
I get a similar error if I change the model and send a prompt without
refreshing the page.
