Environment:

  • Antigravity Version: Latest (March 23, 2026)

  • OS: Windows 11

  • Subscription: Google AI Pro

  • Account: Single primary Gmail account (no aliases, no email migration)

Problem Description: Every request to the Antigravity agent fails immediately with HTTP 400 Bad Request. The backend response shows the project resource name is empty (projects/), indicating a server-side provisioning failure.

Error: Invalid project resource name projects/ Status: INVALID_ARGUMENT

Troubleshooting already performed (nothing worked):

  1. Fully logged out and back in to Antigravity multiple times

  2. 2FA is active on Google account

  3. Google account has no alternate emails or identity splits

  4. Deleted %APPDATA%/Antigravity and .antigravity config folders

A persistent 400 Bad Request error during the login flow could occur from a various reasons including the primary email identity changes. Please, try the following steps:

  • If the primary email identity changes, find your original email in the Alternate emails section of your Google Account settings. Click make this your google account email. Re-login to Antigravity.
  • Clear Cookies and Cache specifically for google.com and accounts.google.com in your default browser.
  • If you are using a strict VPN or privacy extensions (like ad-blockers) in your browser, they may be stripping required headers from the login callback.
