Hi everyone / Google Support Team,
I am currently encountering an issue that is preventing me from accessing my Google AI Developer account. For context, I am currently subscribed to the Google AI Pro (5 TB) plan.
During the setup/login process, I am getting stuck on a screen with the following message: “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. An error occurred.”
Because of this, the “Next” button is greyed out, and I cannot proceed any further. I have attached a screenshot of the exact error screen for your reference. Please see the attached file named image_

I have already tried basic troubleshooting like refreshing the page and trying a different browser, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced this, or could someone from the support team help check the status of my account? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is currently blocking my project development.
