Title: GOOGLE’S COMPLETE COLLAPSE: How I Will Win a Global GDPR Lawsuit Alone, Without a Lawyer or IT Experts!
It’s time to set the record straight, because Google has been lying and spreading bullshit across all platforms for months. But today, they have officially collapsed under their own insanity. I have proven a rock-solid, systemic data theft architecture, and Google’s internal logic has shattered completely.
Here are the hard facts of why they have already lost this lawsuit before it even starts:
1. The Blatant Lies of the UI Buttons
The buttons on their user interface lie directly to users’ faces.
- The AI Studio button claims: “Move prompt to trash… Your prompt will be permanently deleted after 30 days.”
- Google Drive Trash guarantees upon emptying: “The item will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered later. This action cannot be undone.”
This is a massive lie on both platforms! The prompts and chats never in their entire miserable existence ever set foot inside the Google Drive Trash!
2. The Technical Reality (The JSON vs. PROMPT Scam)
What Google actually does is an arrogant illusion:
- The JSON: Is merely a tiny, technical pointer file that Google hides in the Drive trash.
- The PROMPT/CHAT: The actual conversational content and your private data, residing on Google’s backend API servers.
Pressing “Delete” never deletes a single thing from their backend databases. They just hide the pointer. Your private data remains permanently stuck on their servers without any deletion command ever being executed.
3. The Babbling Robot and The Corporate Panic
When I exposed this in the bug ticket, their VRP robot spat out an empty, automated reply (Comment #3). This clueless bot started babbling blindly about their internal “intended behavior” rules and file recovery policies, trying to completely derail the topic and gaslight me. The robot had absolutely no understanding of the underlying backend architecture or the UI lies.
But using my own method—running the official recovery bot—I proved that my backend server data remained fully intact the entire time. When faced with this undeniable proof, Google completely panicked. They tried to desperately cover it up by closing the ticket, and then, completely cornered by the evidence, hastily reopened it in full panic mode (TRIAGED and ASSIGNED)!
THE FATAL DOWNFALL
Google has completely failed. The chain of evidence is locked.
I don’t need any overpriced lawyers, nor do I need a forensic IT expert to prove this. I will crush them in court all by myself. Their overpaid corporate lawyers will stand there babbling and stammering like monkeys when I show the judge exactly how their interface guarantees destruction, while in reality, they systemically hoard and steal the data of millions of users in the background.
