Google‑platform‑verified data retention and non‑response – executive‑level notification

Google AI Overview stated multiple times, in separate and independent searches, that deletion is not real deletion, the backend data remains, and “Delete” is only a UI‑level action. My forum posts are on Google’s own server, people reacted to them, I archived them, and I also wrote to Google’s DPO, as well as to Google’s parent company in the USA with return‑receipt confirmation. The German court (26 O 869/26) and the German media authority declared that AI Overview content is legally Google content, meaning every such statement is Google’s own admission. According to the quote in the document: “Google AI Overview stated multiple times… deletion is not real deletion… backend data remains…” This means Google’s systems themselves processed my posts, collected metadata, and therefore demonstrably became aware of the issues. The document states: “Google’s systems demonstrably accessed my content, processed it, interpreted it, and became legally aware of it…” In a civil lawsuit this means Google cannot claim they were not informed, because their own AI, their own servers, their own platform, and their own legal classification confirm they knew about it. The most important part is that I proved Google does not delete prompts in AI Studio, it only hides them on the interface while the backend continues to retain and operate them, and Google does not respond to this evidence. Meanwhile I notified them via email and physical mail with proof, and I wrote about it multiple times on the forum, where people reacted, but Google did not. In a civil lawsuit this will be a loss for Google. This video proves that on Google’s own server, on Google’s own domain, on Google’s own platform, people reacted to my posts. This proves that my posts were visible, my report exists, and Google does not respond. The video is available here, uploaded to Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/unknown_2026.07.16-04.43 I recorded the page https://discuss.ai.google.dev/u/bitu79/notifications/likes-received It is impossible for Google not to know about it.
