Google Flow/Veo Stuck in "Queued" State, "Oops, Something Went Wrong", Failed Generations Deducting Credits (Google AI Ultra)

I am experiencing a critical issue with Google Flow under my Google AI Ultra subscription.

Yesterday, I had exactly 10,000 credits. I started encountering this issue late in the evening. While some generation attempts were successful, many failed, and I didn’t initially realize that credits were still being deducted even when no video was generated.

Today, the issue has become much worse. Almost every generation attempt fails while still deducting credits. Some generations remain stuck in the “Queued” state indefinitely, while others display “Oops, something went wrong.” If I refresh the page, all of the failed generations appear as “Queued,” even though no videos are actually generated.

I have already tried every recommended troubleshooting step, including:

  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Using Incognito mode
  • Trying different browsers
  • Trying different devices

None of these steps have resolved the issue.

My credit balance has now dropped from 10,000 to 9,050 credits, and this issue has completely blocked my work.

I kindly request the Google AI team to investigate this issue, as it appears to be a backend problem rather than a client-side issue. I also request that all credits deducted for failed generation attempts be refunded, as these deductions occurred despite no successful video being generated.

I request the following:

  • Escalation of this issue to the engineering team for investigation.
  • Resolution of the underlying backend issue.
  • A refund of all credits deducted for failed generation attempts.

I have attached a screenshot demonstrating the issue, including generations getting stuck in the “Queued” state and the “Oops, something went wrong” error. Due to the forum’s attachment limitations for new users, I will provide additional screenshots in the replies. These screenshots will show the credit deductions, credit history, and other relevant evidence demonstrating that credits are being deducted even when no video is successfully generated.

This issue has completely halted my work, and I would greatly appreciate a prompt investigation and resolution.

Additional Evidence – Credit Balance

This screenshot shows that my credit balance has dropped from 10,000 to 9,050 credits while I have been experiencing repeated generation failures. The majority of these deductions occurred despite unsuccessful generations.

Additional Evidence – Credit History

The screenshot show my credit history, where credits were deducted for multiple failed generation attempts. In many cases, no corresponding refund was issued even though no video was successfully generated.

I am requesting that all credits deducted due to these failed generation attempts be reviewed and refunded.

Additional Evidence – Credit History

This screenshot provides additional evidence of credits being deducted for failed generation attempts.

Additional Evidence – Credit History

This screenshot provides another example of credits being deducted for failed generation attempts without a corresponding refund.

I have shared representative examples to avoid attaching an excessive number of screenshots. There are additional instances showing the same behavior, and I can provide them if needed.

I kindly request that the Google AI team review my complete credit history, investigate all failed generation attempts, and refund all credits that were deducted despite no successful video being generated.
