Google Flow being removed from AI Ultra with no transition option, I'm losing a year of work

I am writing to urgently escalate a critical structural failure regarding the upcoming July 7th transition from the AI Ultra Access Plan to the AI Expanded Access Plan.

Under the new plan parameters, Google Flow is being removed from the enterprise Workspace ecosystem but remains available on consumer personal accounts (Google AI Pro/Ultra). While we understand the product realignment, Google has provided absolutely no technical pathway to migrate our native Google Flow project files from our Workspace account to a consumer account.

Currently, Google Takeout and Workspace Data Export only extract flat, static files. They do not preserve the complex architecture of a Google Flow project. Because of this gap, there is no way to export our prompt histories, scene builder configurations, character profiles, and specific prompt-to-video pairings. Rebuilding this architecture manually from static downloads in a new consumer account is technically unfeasible.

The Business Impact: Because Google walled off Workspace from Consumer architectures without building a bridge for Google Flow data, my marketing team is facing the forced destruction of nearly a year’s worth of critical project files on July 7th. We are effectively trapped by data lock-in.

The Ask: This is a massive oversight and a breach of trust for enterprise clients who invested heavily in the Google Flow ecosystem. I am requesting that this ticket be escalated to the Google AI Product Management and Engineering teams to address the following:

  1. Provide a Migration Tool: Build an immediate, secure transfer mechanism for native Google Flow project files to cross the Workspace-to-Consumer architecture divide.

  2. Pause the Deprecation: Delay the July 7th removal of Google Flow for existing AI Ultra Access users until a viable data migration tool is provided.

Please escalate this to the appropriate product tier immediately. The lack of data portability here is an unacceptable risk for enterprise users.

Is anyone else facing the total loss of their Flow projects due to this transition?

Facing the same issue. I find it hard to believe that it is happening.

Facing a similar issue with Antigravity, Antigravity IDE and Antigravity CLI. Seems like a major oversight by Google.

This change will mostly like force me to switch to Claude or Open AI as using Google Cloud is overly complicated and the instructions don’t seem to even work as described.
