Absolutely the same thing on the Flash model.
And all the other are on lockout. 
Google says the problem is due to the high traffic load, but Google AI Studio says it’s all fine.
Oh yeah, hight traffic load - ofcourse, when u MAKE everyone to go use only the Flash model, instead of when before people were spreaded across Pro and Claude modesl as well - thats what you get.
