I am requesting escalation and a 100% refund for last month’s Google AI Ultra charge because the paid subscription benefits have not been usable in practice.
Antigravity / AGY CLI overage and AI credit usage is currently failing even though my Google One AI credits page shows 27,739 credits remaining, expiring June 19, 2026.
Google AI Ultra includes 25,000 monthly AI credits. If those credits cannot actually be consumed by Antigravity / AGY, then the credits are effectively not delivered.
Google One Support flow itself says that when usage is set to Always, Antigravity should automatically use the AI credit balance after baseline quota ends.
On May 26, 2026 KST, I reproduced the AGY failure on both Server3 and Maincomp. Both authenticate as j.....@gmail.com and use Gemini 3.5 Flash (High), but both fail with:
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED (code 429): Individual quota reached. Contact your administrator to enable overages.
This appears to be a Google backend entitlement / overage-recognition failure, not a local machine, token, wrapper, or model setting issue.
Additional technical evidence is posted here:
Google One Support cases already submitted:
6-8134000040997
2-0826000040788
My position is simple: charging for Google AI Ultra while the advertised monthly AI credits cannot be used by the relevant Google AI coding product is a billing failure. It is not meaningfully different from not providing the credits.
Requested remedy:
Process a 100% refund for last month’s Google AI Ultra charge.
Fix the current-month entitlement so Antigravity / AGY can actually use the available AI credits / overage balance.
Provide a concrete explanation of why the account shows available credits but AGY still receives RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED 429.
If Google does not refund or provide a concrete resolution path, I will dispute the subscription charge with my card issuer.
