# Google AI Ultra (20x) account locked out with "Come back tomorrow" error in Google Flow

Hi Support Team and Community,

I am subscribed to the Google AI Ultra (20x usage tier, 25K BDT/month plan).

While running a controlled batch generation job in Google Flow using the “Veo 3.1 - Lite (Lower Priority)” model, my custom agent got stuck in an automated polling loop. Because the agent was repeatedly checking the generation status of a 73-clip queue, it accidentally triggered the system’s rate-limiter due to rapid backend requests.

Now, my premium account is completely locked out with the message: “Come back tomorrow.”

Since this was an automated agent loop error and my monthly Flow credits are still available, could a moderator or engineer please manually reset my active session / quota lock so I can resume my project?
