Google AI Studio suddenly redirects me to the Available Regions page

Hello,

I have been using Google AI Studio normally, but since yesterday I suddenly cannot access it anymore.

Whenever I try to open Google AI Studio, I am redirected to the “Available regions for Google AI Studio and Gemini API” page.

I have already tried the following:

  • I created and used a completely new Google Account, but the same problem occurs.
  • I verified that my Google Account age is confirmed and I am over 18.
  • I tried using mobile data with VPN turned off.
  • I tried a different VPN.
  • I also tried a VPN server with a US IP address.
  • I tried accessing AI Studio using a different browser.
  • I cleared the usual account/browser variables and the problem still occurs.

The issue started suddenly, because Google AI Studio was working normally for me before yesterday.

Could you please check whether my account, IP/region detection, or Google AI Studio access has been incorrectly restricted?

This could be specific to your IP address. Please report it on our Report IP problems page. Suggested workarounds which may help for now:

  • Try temporarily switching to a different network (e.g. try with the hotspot from your phone if available).

  • Try asking your host for a new IP.

  • Trying switching between IPv6 / IPv4.
