Google AI Studio Starter Tier doesn't show up to publish my app

Hello, Google AI Studio team.

I am trying to publish a full-stack app created in Google AI Studio Build Mode.

When clicking Publish → Get Started, I am redirected to the “Confirm project and billing” screen.

On this screen, the following appears:

• Set up billing

• Refresh

However, the Google Cloud Starter Tier option does not appear.

I have clicked Refresh multiple times, and it remains the same.

I do not want to set up Cloud Billing or add a card just to publish the app.

According to the Google AI Studio documentation, the Starter Tier allows eligible users to publish up to two full-stack apps without setting up a billing account.

Could you please check if the Starter Tier is available/provisioned for my account and why the option is not showing up?

I also ask that you do not alter or delete my existing project or the app data.

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier. Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation. Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually.

You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
