After yesterday’s latest repair by Google, as reported on the status page, has anyone’s paid key started working? For me, after one promotion, it throws up a quota exceeded error. It worked for almost 120 seconds, but still didn’t complete. The Dashboard continues to throw up a 429 error. Of course, the limits were not exceeded, not even close.

Still the same problem for me. Google still hasn’t resolved the issue.
