Google AI Studio incorrectly requires age verification for an account with DOB 1988

My Google Account has the correct date of birth set to 1988, and I have been using this account for many years without any age-related restrictions.

However, Google AI Studio, Google Flow, and Google Vids all require me to verify my age.

The age-verification page only offers:

• Government ID

• Selfie-based age estimation

I do not have Family Link or a supervised account, and there is no Google Payments profile associated with this account.

My date of birth is already correctly recorded as 1988.

I am not asking to bypass the 18+ requirement. I am asking whether the age eligibility / age-verification status of this account is incorrect or has not been properly propagated to Google AI services.

I do not wish to submit government identification or biometric data. Is there an account-side review or another official way to resolve this issue without submitting ID or biometric information?

Google AI Studio, Google Flow, and Google Vids are all affected.
