My full-stack web app is already connected to Firebase Firestore & Authentication.
Google Cloud Project: gen-lang-client-0167986..
Firebase Firestore & Auth: Enabled
Database location: Singapore (asia-southeast1)
When I select Share → Publish, the Confirm project and billing screen only shows: “No billing setup” → “Set up billing” → “Refresh”
I have already refreshed, but the Starter Tier publishing option does not appear.
I do not want to enable paid Cloud Billing or add a payment method just to publish this app.
Please check whether the Google Cloud Starter Tier publishing entitlement is available/provisioned for my account/project.
Please do not delete, recreate, disconnect, or change my existing Firebase/Firestore project or data.

Not all accounts are eligible for The Starter Tier.
Please check out the caveats mentioned in the Google AI Studio deployment documentation. Eligibility is determined automatically, and we cannot review Starter Tier access manually. You might want to consider linking a Cloud Billing account to your project.
