# Google AI Studio Build Mode – How to Unlink Paid API Key and Return to Free Daily Usage?

I’m editing an existing Google AI Studio Build application. My linked paid API key has depleted prepaid credits. I want to unlink the paid API key and return to AI Studio’s included free daily usage without deleting or changing my existing Firebase and Cloud Run project. My interface doesn’t show an Unlink option. How can I switch the Build editor back to included usage?
