Hi everyone,
I am experiencing a server-side entitlement desync error. I have an active, fully paid Google AI Pro (5 TB) subscription (processed via PayPal 6 days ago with no alerts in Google Payments), but Antigravity fails to recognize it.
Instead, my account is stuck on “Starter Quota” and displays the error: “This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.”
System Info:
- OS: Ubuntu Linux (GNOME Keyring active and running)
- Account Uid: jm...@gmail.com
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Antigravity on Ubuntu Linux and log in.
- Open the model selector drop-down menu under the conversation prompt box.
- The error appears at the bottom, and Claude/GPT models are missing.
Note: The in-app “Send Feedback” form is also frozen on “Submitting…” and fails to send.
Could a community manager or developer please look into my account status and manually refresh my entitlement status? Thank you!
Hi @Juan_Manuel
Could you please try these following steps:
-
Close the IDE entirely. Open your default web browser, navigate to your Google Account Connections settings, find Antigravity, and select ‘Delete all connections’. Ensure you sign out of any secondary or Work accounts.
-
Relaunch Antigravity, open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P) and run: Antigravity: Reset onboarding. Sign back in exclusively with your Pro account.
-
If the auth reset doesn’t work, that means:
- Ensure the home country registered in your Google Account profile (check Google Play or Google Pay) is set to a supported region. A mismatch here will trigger an ineligible block.
- Ensure your birth date is verified in your Google Account settings (at myaccount.google.com/age-verification), as users must be 18+.
Hello Support Team,
I am writing to let you know that the account ineligibility issue has been successfully resolved.
The root cause was a local token synchronization error. Following the support guidelines, I cleared my browser’s Google cookies and site data completely (“All time”) and then ran the Antigravity: Reset onboarding command inside my IDE.
After logging back in with my jms********@gmail.com account, the platform now correctly recognizes my active Google AI Pro (5 TB) subscription. I can now access and use all advanced models—including Claude Sonnet—without any errors or limitations.
You may go ahead and close this support ticket. Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Juan Manuel
