i got the same issue as well, bumping. this is outraging
You must be joking right?
Not fair at all! I only took the subscription because of the hourly limit, this is outrageous
thanks for your very informative and exaustive hack. but it remains an hack.
I think we, developer needs google to fix its own mess.
SAME here. I’m a pro subscriber. I’m getting tired of antigravity locking me out for 100’s of hours, and am THIS CLOSE to going to claude code max 5, rather than going to ultra, which i was about to do, and will still do if you fix this. I do like antigravity.
yes, and in all honesty, it’s not working well at all. I used Antigravity with Opus 4.6 yesterday for 5 or 6 relatively lightweight commands, and then I got locked out for 4 days, so this BS quota threshold is even more restrictive than before - as before I was just getting the lockout until the next 5hr rolling window… and in all honesty, I didn’t even use antigravity for at least 3 days before this last session, so it’s completely ridiculous that I would get a 4d lockout after like 35min of use.

We believe this situation should be addressed as soon as possible.
Currently, the quota system is not only difficult to understand but also lacks transparency. In addition, tasks are sometimes canceled midway, which makes it difficult for users to manage their usage effectively.
If users were able to clearly see how much quota remained, they could decide whether to continue or stop before starting a task. However, under the current system, users often submit a request, confirm it, and only then receive an error. This process itself may consume quota, which can be frustrating.
In our view, many of these issues stem from the design and transparency of the quota system. Greater clarity about remaining quota and plan limits would help users manage their usage more effectively and would likely encourage upgrades to higher-tier plans.
This is not meant as criticism, but rather as constructive feedback. Improving the transparency of the quota system and plan limits would greatly improve the user experience. Additionally, the reset deadline notifications sometimes change unexpectedly, which makes them difficult to rely on.
Same issue! I only very recently just started using agentic coding to tackle a project I’d have NO idea how to use otherwise- killed all my momentum after just 2 sessions of coding.
Don’t buy the PRO plan, it’s useless. It’s all designed to push you into buying the ULTRA plan. Stop paying, and by losing money, they’ll remove the ridiculous quota they’ve put in place to push people into buying their ultra plan, which no one was buying before. No one pays that much for the ULTRA when it’s just vibe coding with no profitability behind it.
In other words: AI Pro is now AI Meh, and AI Ultra is the new AI Pro
Bumping this for Google’s attention.
So, its being more than a week now that my account has wrong quota limits and the resets are not every 5h anymore. If google does not show up or fix the problem, I demand a big move of refund since they are not giving what they advertised. I paid 200+ a year for a service, and that service is not being as described. If there’s any lawyer I’ll be happy to help as I can to fight for our rights as consumers.
What’s even stranger is that it’s been locked for more than a day for some unknown reason. There’s absolutely no update information. I haven‘t installed any plugins and am using it normally.
I have stopped my subscription and am posting here as evidence. Google is defrauding consumers, no doubt about it.
By the way, I didn’t have the same situation I have used others, like CodeX, Claude Code, Cursor and Github Copilot. Everyone had a clear info to see the current usage and when it’s refreshed.
Not like Google 100% → 80% → 60% → 40% → 20%.. it’s too rough, just like a demo product.
I I waited five hours refreshing the page, spent twenty minutes on it, and got locked out for seventy-two hours…
@google /update status
Same issue here. I have already reported it at least 3 times through the Antigravity platform itself.
I made the mistake of asking this, and even though I phrased my message politely, it was deleted. I see that even the moderator(s) are getting tired of having to delete them.
In the absence of compensation (which I understand has no place on a technical forum), we could at least be kept informed more appropriately. This has been going on for weeks…
