Hello, My personal Google account has an active Google AI Pro subscription provided through Jio, but the Antigravity consumer entitlement has never been provisioned for it, so Antigravity treats the account as free tier. Account: 1…@qq.com (personal account, not Workspace, not a family-group member). Subscription status: active in Google One settings (one.google.com/settings shows Google AI Pro provided by Jio). Symptoms (verified by direct API calls with a fresh OAuth token obtained 2026-10-01): 1) POST https://cloudcodepa.googleapis.com/v1internal:loadCodeAssist returns allowedTiers containing standard-tier (Gemini Code Assist, paid) and lists free-tier under ineligibleTiers with reasonCode UNSUPPORTED_CLIENT, i.e. the account IS entitled to the paid Code Assist tier. 2) However POST /v1internal:retrieveUserQuota and /v1internal:generateContent (both cloudcode-pa and daily-cloudcode-pa hosts, with official Antigravity/CLI user agents) return HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED, reason SUBSCRIPTION_REQUIRED, message You do not have a valid license of this product (#3501), so no Antigravity quota/tier (g1-pro-tier) is ever issued and the account is treated as Free. 3) Antigravity IDE 2.18.1, Antigravity CLI (agy) 1.2.14 and third-party quota dashboards all show the account as Free / ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan. Already attempted (all failed): full re-authentication with a brand-new OAuth consent (old app connection removed at myaccount.google.com/connections then re-consented); v1internal:onboardUser completed successfully (done=true) but entitlement still not provisioned afterward; tested on official clients (Antigravity 2.18.1 standalone, agy CLI 1.2.14) and on both prod and daily endpoints with identical 403 #3501; account security checkup shows no blocking issues and age/identity verification was previously completed (Authentication successful on the verification callback page). This matches the known Jio entitlement state-sync bug acknowledged by forum staff, e.g. discuss.ai.google.dev topics 185437, 185483 and 180635. Request: please provision or re-sync the Antigravity consumer entitlement (g1-pro-tier / Google One AI quota) for account 1…@qq.com, or reset its eligibility state so loadCodeAssist/retrieveUserQuota issue the paid tier. I can provide trace IDs and full client logs on request. Thank you.
Hi @zhou_chen,
Could you try these steps?
- Install the latest version from Google Antigravity - Download . Older builds may not pick up your plan correctly. After installing, quit the app completely and reopen it.
- Check your account country. The country at policies.google.com/terms should be a supported region and match where your Jio plan was issued.
- Sign in again. Run “Reset Onboarding” (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+P) and sign in with the account that shows AI Pro.
Please stick to the official apps. Third-party tools and direct API calls go against our Terms and could put your account at risk.
Let me know is the issue still persists or the issue resolved?
Hi @Ambati_Rajendra, thank you for the reply. I tried all three suggestions on 2026-10-01 and re-verified on 2026-10-08: 1) I am on the latest official build: Antigravity 2.18.1 standalone (installed from antigravity.google/download on 2026-10-01), fully quit and reopened; agy CLI 1.2.14 also tested. Still 403. 2) Reset Onboarding plus full re-authentication was done with a brand-new OAuth consent (old app connection removed at myaccount.google.com/connections and re-consented on 2026-10-01); v1internal:onboardUser completed with done=true. Still 403. 3) Account country: my Google Terms of Service country/region version is Germany (policies.google.com/terms shows Germany), while my Google AI Pro subscription was issued through Jio (India). This mismatch may be exactly what you pointed at - could you advise how to resolve it? Switching my payments profile country to India would require an Indian payment method and physical presence, which I cannot provide. Is there an official path to align the entitlement, or can the backend re-sync the Jio entitlement for this account? Current state as of 2026-10-08 with a fresh OAuth token: POST v1internal:loadCodeAssist returns paidTier = free-tier Antigravity Starter Quota with the message This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time; POST v1internal:retrieveUserQuota and generateContent return HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED reason SUBSCRIPTION_REQUIRED (#3501) on both cloudcode-pa and daily-cloudcode-pa hosts, using official clients only. Please advise the next step. Thank you.
