Google AI PRO - Antigravity Server continues to return 429 errors (Attempt 10/10 hangs) for even single-word prompts ("hi")

Subject: URGENT: Manual Rate-Limit Reset Request - My Project ID will be delivered to Google.

To: Google Cloud Support / Google AI Studio Team
CC: Google AI Developers Forum (Antigravity Support)

Dear Google Support Team,

I am writing in the Forum, to request an urgent manual fix/reset of the rate-limit penalties on my account. I am a Google Developer Program (GDP) Premium subscriber (Paid Tier 1) working on a codebase investigation project

The Issue:
For the past 48 hours, my account has been stuck in a persistent RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED loop. Despite having my limits increased in the AI Studio dashboard and successfully setting my quota project via gcloud ADC, the backend Antigravity server continues to return 429 errors (Attempt 10/10 hangs) for even single-word prompts (“hi”).
I found out its international or world wide google developers problem, it seems.

Root Cause Analysis:
This blockage appears to have been triggered by a small, temporary TPM (Tokens Per Minute) spike during a batch processing task by Gemini CLI automatic workflow.
This spike was immediately a

ddressed and cleared on the Cloud side when the rate limit for the Gemini 3.1 family was increased for my project. However, while the Cloud Quotas now reflect this higher capacity, the automated “Antigravity” security layer appears to have failed to fix or refresh my account’s reputation or lift this “Cool Down” status following the fix.

Actions Already Taken:

Cooldown Observed: I have allowed for multiple 12-hour “total silence” periods to let the penalty decay, yet the block remains active.

Configuration Verified: I have properly set gcloud auth application-default set-quota-project and verified my GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT environment variables.

Cache Cleared: I have cleared local CLI session tokens and temporary IDE files.

The Impact:
I have lost two full days of development on my project due to this synchronization error. It appears the automated system has hard-locked my account despite my current eligibility for higher Tier 1/Premium limits.

Request:
Please manually flush the “Abuse Score” or “Penalty Flag” associated with my project ID and User Identity so that I may utilize the limits included in my premium subscription.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

ArieLinux
