Hello Google Team,
I am a Google AI Pro subscriber and I noticed an issue with my account’s AI Credits page.
My account currently shows 0 AI Credits, but the Recent Activity section is completely empty and displays “No recent activity.”
This is confusing because there is no record of any credit usage, expiration, or deduction that would explain why the balance is zero.
Additionally, the page displays the message:
“AI credits included with your plan have been replaced by product-based usage limits.”
I would appreciate clarification on the following:
- Is it expected for Google AI Pro subscribers to see 0 AI Credits after the transition to product-based usage limits?
- Were previously included AI Credits removed or converted automatically?
- Why is there no activity history showing any credit changes or transactions?
- Is this a known issue or a bug affecting the AI Credits dashboard?
For reference:
- Plan: Google AI Pro
- Current AI Credits: 0
- Recent Activity: No recent activity
- No known AI credit purchases or recent credit-consuming activities
