I’m experiencing an issue when trying to access the Google AI API, and I’m hoping someone here can clarify what’s happening or suggest a solution.
When I attempt to proceed with API access or complete the setup, the process gets interrupted. Instead of continuing normally, I’m redirected to the Terms of Service page, and I’m unable to move forward from there. This effectively blocks me from completing the API activation.
Here are the key details of my situation:

My IP address is based in Italy

I am not using any VPS, proxy, or VPN

There are no apparent age restrictions on my account

I am using a standard Google account with no known policy violations
The behavior feels like an implicit block or restriction, but I have not received any notification, warning, or explanation from Google regarding this.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Could this be related to regional restrictions, account verification requirements, or something else I might be overlooking?
