Getting You canceled this response for Deep Think sessions

Each time I try to use Gemini Deep Think it starts up (“I’m on it..”) and then after few seconds returns “You canceled this response“. This happens with new chat sessions as well as with old ones.
I have contacted Google support for this, but it has been 2 weeks without solution. Anyone else having similar issue?
I do not know if it is related, but I noticed the “Ultra” -badge I had next to my profile image at top right, disappears when it starts to think for a solution, even if it was present when starting it up. Also, it disappears if I check any of the old chat sessions. That makes me think that does it “forget” I am with Ultra-tier always when starting to concentrate on some chat - and only remembers it when I navigate to homepage of gemini.

No not yet. It seems they are not much looking into it, even though they said they are (it goes in loops, they are asking same questions over and over again, ensure that it is looked at for, but then again after a while - same questions). I even asked a discount so there would be some point keeping the account tier during this, but seems no luck there either.

It seems I am leaving Google Gemini and head to other platforms. Sad since it looked good, but too many bugs and customer service is quite bad despite if paying for highest tier. For me it has left a bad feeling and I recommend to avoid, at least the Ultra tier.

Same thing is happening. “You canceled this response”. No idea what is going on with ULTRA recently, it’s becoming a very unsteady and expensive product. Antigravity reduction and now this. Google needs to sort it out really.

For may case, I still have not got solution. I waited about 1 full month staying with ULTRA tier. The support was no better that with cheaper tier. I did much of the work for them, pointing where the but is at (now knowing what it is, but giving them information to dig it out and testing with many different ways).

Now I am at cheaper tier. Even it still seems buggy, at least I do not need to pay too much for non-working product. Also for anyone thinking about ULTRA-tier, consider also this: when this bug came out, I reported it. While the support did respond, there was no help on this really. When almost month had passed by, I asked to get refund since the product I was paying for was not working, and also a discount until it is fixed. I did not get either. For the refund, they will look for it when they have fixed it (soon too months.. and there is no knowing when if ever). And for the discount, they would charge you full amount even if they know they have a bug in their system preventing you from using some of their service that belongs to the tier you are paying for.

So my advice is to avoid Google Gemini, at least the higher tiers. With lower, it is bearable since cost is not huge and some parts are working.

During my time with ULTRA tier, they seemed to have many bugs. Some were fixed fast, most did not. And some are still not fixed. Many of the error messages are far from helpful, like the “You cancelled this response”

A bit late, but I also have this issue. I’m unsure what’s causing this issue. I use firefox but I turned off all ad/tracking protection, disabled all my extensions, and cleared cache.
