I have been using Google Antigravity successfully for quite a few weeks after signing up for an AI Pro account then all of a sudden last night every model request started erroring without giving me any feedback why, then I noticed there was a Yellow status message on the VSCode status bar saying Status Authenticating… or something like that. I tried reaching out via the in app feedback asking why this had happened. I decided to logout and see if I could login again, and I could not login. Chrome would give me a message I had successfully authenticated while the Antigravity application got a unexpected error. I tried uninstalling and clearing all configuration files thinking it might be a corrupted session, but same problem. I gave up last night thinking it must be an outage but when I returned today I get an “Account not eligible to use Antigravity” message, and still not response to my in-app auth & billing submissions. Gemini CLI still works fine with the account, but Antigravity won’t let me get through the onboarding screen anymore. How can I reach Google suport to actually get this matter resolved?
And I checked age verification and it says my account doesn’t require age verification, maybe because my email address has already been age verified? And I am in NYC so I have no idea why geographic area would be an issue.
