Getting 429 errors from gemini-2.0-flash-001, but the model is up on openrouter? (Paid tier 2, not close to reaching rate limits)

I’m nowhere close to reaching my rate limits, but it seems like my project/organization has been completely locked out of gemini-2.0-flash-001 for no reason?
