Gemini Tier 2 API no upgrade yet

Hi,

I’ve been using Tier 1 of the gemini API for over a year now. I need the Gemini TTS limits from Tier 2, as Tier 1 is only 100 RPD.

I’ve prepaid $100 USD converted to Canadian (~$150CAD), about 5 days ago, but still have not received the upgrade. I would really like to be upgraded, and if its spend and not pre-pay thats required, its hard to spend $100 when the rate limits for tier 1 gemini flash tts are so low.

Hi, Please check if you’ve made a prepayment on a post pay billing account. The billing account must reach the upgrade threshold irrespective of any prepay amount(s).

hmm, but to get to $100 post paid, when Gemini TTS is only 100RPD, would take me months.
