There is a notice that the Gemini 1.5 series is end-of-life.

Gemini 1.5 flash retirement date

I’d like to know where I can find information regarding retirement dates for Gemini 1.5 Flash models for the Gemini Developer API. I can’t seem to find this information anywhere in the official Gemini API documentation: Edit: This was prompted by the announcement that Gemini 1.5 will be retired on Vertex AI Gemini API

I will hazard a guess - the release of Gemini 3.0 is rumored to be in October 2025, the older models are getting removed to be replaced by the newer models.
