Just got hit with the same issue today — my account has been disabled with the 403 ToS violation error after using a third-party tool with Gemini Code Assist.
I’ve already sent an email to gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com. Hoping the automated unban mentioned by Mrinal_Ghosh will cover recent cases as well.
Has anyone else been banned in the last day or two? Were you included in the rollout?
My account was just banned. I was using OpenClaw with Kimi, but for some reason it fell back to Antigravity (from an old test). After that I tried using the Gemini CLI and received a ban message.
I’ve already emailed support to request that the ban be lifted. I hope I won’t have to wait too long for a response
