I am developing a personal tool on my Mac that sends queries from Codex to the Gemini Developer API.
It will be used for organizing public materials and for personal study of political information, and the output will not be made public. It will not be used for work, business, or monetization purposes.
Does using the free tier of the Gemini Developer API for this purpose comply with the current use restrictions? Please point me to the relevant official documentation.
