# Gemini API: “Set up Prepay” dialog is blank across browsers - unable to activate billing

Hello Google AI Developers community,

I’m developing SaaS platform, and I’m trying to enable billing so I can integrate and test the Gemini API. Unfortunately, I’m blocked by an issue with the Prepay setup.

What happens:  
When I click “Set up Prepay”, the dialog opens but its content is blank. I cannot complete the payment setup or add credits. My Gemini API requests also return HTTP 429.

What I’ve tried:

- Repeated the setup multiple times.
- Tried Chrome, Safari and Mozilla. The same issue occurs in all three browsers.
- Contacted Google Cloud Support and opened case #75234865, but I still don’t have a resolution.

Could someone please help me understand:

1. Is this a known issue with Gemini API Prepay or billing account activation?
2. Is there a way to reset or manually complete a Prepay setup that may be stuck?
3. Which support team can investigate this specific billing issue?

I can share screenshots and additional diagnostic details privately with an authorized Google support representative.
