Gemini API key hacking

Dear Team

I developed my game using AIstudio, which uses a paid Gemini API subject to budget restrictions. When I launched my web app, I was hacked (around mid-May). I deleted the key, created a new one, and strengthened security through AIstudio.
On Saturday, June 20, I was hacked again and reached my $300 quota, so my account was suspended once more.

I didn’t reveal the key. Why didn’t Aistudio take the necessary security measures last time, as requested? (Especially since I asked them to double-check and everything was OK.)
Can I request a refund for the approximately $300 in costs associated with this hack?
