我是台灣人，一直用台灣固定伺服器IP上網。
兩個API key我已經穩定用了整整3個月，每天正常呼叫，沒有違規、沒有VPN、沒有Proxy。
Billing Account是付費的，我已經預付費用在等扣款。
結果昨天還好好的，今天突然跳這個錯誤（gemini-3-flash-preview模型）：
