The same task took Sonnet (in Antigravity) an hour to complete. I also tested it on Fable in Claude-code, and it worked correctly too, running for over an hour before I exhausted the 5h window. Simply put, the limits for input/output tokens were reduced about 10,000 times ;p, compared to, for example, gemini-cli.
It seems something else changed in the last 2-3 days.
And for context I also upgraded to Ultra a little over 2 weeks ago because I knew what I was going to be doing would use heavy quota.
Last week I proceeded using my quota for the project that involved multiple overnight /goals for pretty complex data analysis involving running simulations on massive data set and modifying programs.
It would create the program, run the simulations, and adjust programs as needed to meet the goal and did so efficiently with minimum quota use needed used by setting a timer or setting antigravity to wake it when finished.
Even ended up with still having about 5% weekly quota left over when my 7 days reset and managed to not hit my 5 hour quota wall only once during that week.
But over last 2-3 days for almost every task even simple ones it rapidly cycles through examining, running a program, checking for results and ignoring all prompts and can visibly watch my Ultra hourly and daily quota drop percent by % rapidly.
yeahh i think that too, something change, like they adjust our quota until 9x yesterday.. and feels like that 9x gone now
