I’m experiencing the same issue and haven’t received a response from any of these models. I’m a paid user and was planning to integrate this API into my product. Given the unreliability of the services, I’m wondering how I can proceed. I have plenty of credits but can’t use any. Could you please clarify what this service is and how I can escalate this issue?
