Currently every response with this model in the API gives 429 errors. When will Free tier gain access to gemini-3-pro-preview?

The Gemini 3 Pro Preview Model is currently not accessible to users operating under the standard free tier. Access to this particular model is exclusively reserved for paid tiers.
