Fix for Quota Limits - OAuth issue

I am also experiencing this exact issue despite my active Google AI Pro subscription. Even after updating to the latest version (v1.16.5), I am still seeing a quota lockout that extends until 12th February 2026.

Updated to v1.16.5 worked for 3 days now the issue is back same log for all the models
