The current “Agent-assisted” and even “Agent-driven” modes in AG version 1.20.x still require frequent manual approvals for simple terminal commands and file patches. When iterating on compiler errors (e.g., cargo check), the feedback loop is significantly slower than VS Code’s 2026 Autopilot mode.
I suggest adding features like the fully autopilot mode.
