I use Google AI Studio to build native Android apps, and I really appreciate how accessible the Android app-building workflow is, especially for beginners.
One area that I believe could greatly improve the experience is Android UI variety.
When generating different Android apps, the resulting interfaces can often follow similar Material-style layouts even when the applications themselves are very different.
I would love to see an option where users can choose an Android UI template or design style before generating the app.
For example:

- Finance App
- Productivity
- Habit Tracker
- Health
- E-commerce
- Modern Minimal
- Gradient / Colorful
- Utility App
- Social App
After selecting a template, Gemini could use that design system as the visual foundation while still generating the real Kotlin + Jetpack Compose application and functionality.
An even more powerful addition could be a community Android UI template gallery, where developers and creators can publish reusable Compose UI templates that other Google AI Studio users can select, fork, and customize with Gemini.
This would allow users to keep the simplicity of Google AI Studio while having much more control over how their Android apps look.
I believe this could be especially helpful for beginners who can already use AI Studio to build functional apps but want more professional and varied UI choices without having to design everything manually.
