False Positive Domain Block on Google Gemini Live Browsing (sourceoftrust.com)

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with Google Gemini’s live browsing/real-time retrieval component, which seems to be trigger-happy on our domain. Whenever a user asks Gemini to analyze our website, the model returns a safety refusal or completely blocks the request.

Affected Domain: sourceoftrust.c om
Sample Subpage: sourceoftrust.comen/source-of-trust-definition

Why this is a False Positive:
I am Stefan Mayr, the founder of EEOOM and the owner of Source of Trust. Our website is a purely informational B2B analytics and documentation platform dedicated to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

It seems the automated safety filters are over-triggering due to the high density of machine learning concepts discussed in our documentation (e.g., “LLM citation mechanics,” “vector database matching,” “de-indexing,” and “crawling blockages”).

Technical Verification:

  1. The domain is fully public, has no paywalls, no malicious code, and no form vulnerabilities.
  2. The Google Rich Results and Search Console crawlers successfully fetch and parse our structured JSON-LD data without any network blockages. I can officially verify this domain ownership and the clean crawl logs through my Google Search Console account associated with ee...@gmail.com.
  3. Our robots.txt explicitly permits all AI and search agents (including Googlebot and Google-Extended).

Since I cannot open a technical support case in the GCP console without a paid support plan, could any Google team member or moderator here please flag this domain for a manual review? We just want our public documentation to be accessible for Gemini’s live-search features.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Stefan Mayr
