I’m getting a ‘Failed to load file differences to sync GitHub’ error in AI Studio when trying to sync my GitHub repository. The issue appears to be related to file/repository size, as smaller projects sync successfully.

I need help resolving the sync issue without making any changes to my project structure, files, or repository content — everything must stay exactly as it is.

Could you please advise on how to increase the sync size limit, or provide an alternative solution that doesn’t require modifying or restructuring my project?

Same issue here! Yesterday, I got excited that I could finally log into GitHub from AI Studio, but trying to make the first commit, today I got this error. Also, AI Studio doesn’t let you change the branch, and you might need to predetermine it in GitHub… I tried deleting the repo as it was empty, so to try new things, and it remains as available in AI Studio. The incognito window doesn´t seem to make things work either…
