I have never seen so many errors or retry’s due to an error when using Google Flow and Google AI Studio. I recently upgraded to ULTRA AI the $200 a month subscription and I can’t even generate a simple video in flow without being flagged with all sorts of policy guideline errors. Also when I use AI Studio, constantly receiving retry errors.Whats going on? ---

**Adding to the chorus here, and the silence from Google is becoming a major business risk for us.** Like Omkar and Billy mentioned, the ongoing instability with Google AI Studio and the Gemini API is completely blocking our production pipelines. We rely heavily on these services to run our automated operations and software testing phases. Right now, everything is at a standstill due to continuous ‘internal errors’ and retry loops. The technical failures are frustrating, but the **absolute lack of official communication, feedback, or ETAs** from the Google team is unacceptable for paid, enterprise-grade services. We are completely in the dark. We cannot afford to keep our work paused for days waiting for a silent fix. We are currently evaluating whether to cancel our subscriptions immediately and migrate our entire workload to a more reliable, stable AI provider so our business doesn’t stall any further. Can someone from the Google team please provide a transparent status update or acknowledge this widespread outage? We need to make operational decisions today. ---

I’ll share screenshots but not my billing ID. Not sure who you’re, reading the threads and not seeing much of the many problems customers are dealing with solved. The longer I use Google’s paid API (what a shame there’s nothing useful in the paid plan) with Hermes-Agent, the more I notice that Gemini in Hermes has never cut off a response or deleted an entire response and frozen, as happens on [gemini.google.com](http://gemini.google.com) or in Antigravity IDE, where, as the conversation goes on, the probability of the response being interrupted or not received at all increases. ---

Even worse for Pro. It is a simple edit and proofreading of my novel. It completely derails the entire chapter. I thought Google is the flagship for AI but it was a mistake. And it is not even cheap to begin with. This must be reported to institutions because Google is not giving results what customers are paying for.
